Join the firm's New Jersey team as an experienced Labor Attorney at the partner or counsel level. Responsibilities include representing clients in labor and employment matters, including disputes, negotiations, advisory work, labor relations, collective bargaining, and employment compliance; providing legal counsel to public and private sector clients; building and maintaining client relationships; and contributing to business development for partner-level candidates. Applicants must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and have significant labor and employment law experience, with strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Experience representing public entities such as school boards or municipalities is preferred, and private sector experience is also considered. Partner-level candidates should have a portable book of business of approximately $300K or more and a proven record of client development and revenue generation. Counsel-level candidates should have strong labor law experience, particularly with public entities, and do not need a book of business. Salary is negotiated based on years of experience and portable book of business.
