Work primarily on the technical side of the lab, scanning customer film and bringing analog images into the digital world. The role requires careful evaluation of each photo, a keen eye for color, fast and efficient decision-making, and high standards. Responsibilities include scanning customer film, managing digital files, delivering orders through the delivery interface, contributing to custom color profiling, matching and higher-level digital edits, and evaluating lab processes for improvement. Prior experience with Noritsu or Frontier scanners in a high-paced lab environment is required. Similar photo lab experience is required, although exceptions may be made for applicants who demonstrate strong personal work and efficient scanning during a short paid trial. Strong organizational and writing skills are required.
