NYC Film Lab is seeking applicants for blended roles and other needs across the business. Applicants should ideally have at least 15 to 30 or more hours of weekly availability, including weekend days. Candidates with 20 or more hours of availability in the near future and weekend availability are preferred. All positions begin with a 30 to 45 day training and evaluation period, with pay of $18 per hour during evaluation and up to $20 per hour after evaluation. Profit sharing and opportunities for growth are included. All roles require a strong desire for perfection, openness to constructive critique, and respectful, honest communication.
