Report to the Head of Investment Management as part of Chase de Vere’s Investment Management Team. The role is primarily responsible for the quarterly maintenance and delivery of Chase de Vere Fund Panels and other investment panels used by more than 200 advisers nationwide. Duties include maintaining and developing investment fund panels, constructing simple and complex Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, supporting the discretionary model portfolio service, providing data for updates and reporting, liaising with external research companies and product providers, administering the Investment Proposition across multiple investment platforms, maintaining process documents, and adhering to regulatory and compliance guidance. The role requires a degree or equivalent, experience in administrative responsibilities, an understanding of financial services and its regulatory context, advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas and VBA, strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex workloads, prioritise and work independently. Based in the central Bath office, the role offers development opportunities in analytical fund research, liaising with fund providers and fund managers, and contributing fund ideas to Fund Panels and Discretionary Model Portfolios.
