Work remotely from home as the first point of contact for clients requiring technical assistance. Responsibilities include managing support requests, troubleshooting IT issues, providing phone and remote support, supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365, setting up user accounts, installing and configuring software, maintaining documentation and assisting with occasional onsite client visits. Previous IT support, helpdesk or customer support experience, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, troubleshooting, communication, customer service, remote working, organisation skills and a current Australian Driver's Licence are required. MSP experience, Active Directory, networking, ticketing systems and relevant IT qualifications are desirable.
