The role involves planning, executing and governing complex IT projects within the payments and SWIFT environment, ensuring delivery within scope, time and budget while complying with regulatory and security standards. Responsibilities include managing project delivery, developing project plans, milestones, resources and budgets, monitoring risks and issues, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing testing and quality assurance, leading defect management, providing Go or No-Go release recommendations, supporting implementation and transition to operations, and engaging with senior stakeholders and vendors. Applicants should have 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in the banking sector, ideally within payments or SWIFT environments, knowledge of project, requirements and change management, experience with testing and quality assurance, and strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with SWIFT connectivity or SWIFT CSP security requirements, relevant project management or Agile certification, and experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint or Spira are advantageous.
