BreastScreen Victoria is seeking an IT Operations Manager to report to the CIO and lead a small team of systems administrators, network engineers and a desktop support officer. The role is responsible for the availability, performance and security of IT systems across BreastScreen Victoria, including leading maintenance planning, critical incident remediation, problem management, security controls, risk management, budgeting, infrastructure reviews, team development and strategic IT initiatives. Essential criteria include tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or an equivalent field, experience in IT operations in a Microsoft Windows virtualised VMware environment operating with VSAN, experience implementing security controls, excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, and experience managing, leading and coaching specialised teams. The position is based within the Information Technology Services team in Carlton.
