Duties include watering and fertilizing plants, cleaning plants, pruning, pest treatment, removing debris, maintaining tools and supplies, communicating account issues and improvement ideas, coordinating with customers, requesting replacements, visiting assigned accounts, attending meetings and training, and collaborating with sales and purchasing.
