The Installation and Operations Specialist prepares, transports, and installs plants, containers, seasonal décor, and other materials at client locations. Duties include loading and transporting materials, assisting with deliveries and installation crews, reading work orders, staging products, processing returns, operating warehouse equipment, maintaining warehouse and storage areas, supporting events and operational projects, securing facilities and equipment, following safety policies, and improving organization and inventory processes. Candidates must have strong organization and professionalism, a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate company vehicles. Forklift certification is preferred. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and medium to heavy physical work. The position is full-time in Quincy, Massachusetts. The listed rate is from $24 per hour.
