Collaborate with the Head of HR to professionalize and innovate tactical and strategic HR policies. Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance cycles, organization design and development, job classification, and compensation and benefits projects, excluding payroll tasks. Optimize HR processes, translate ESG and sustainability goals into concrete HR initiatives, and ensure accurate administrative follow-up. The role requires a master's degree, at least 8 years of generalist HR experience, strong analytical and data-driven HR skills, a structured and pragmatic working style, and fluency in Dutch and English. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and advanced Excel skills is a plus.
