CFBL is seeking a part-time Head of Teaching and Learning, including Digital Transformation and Innovation, working 20 hours per week across Cycles 3 and 4 and teaching and learning across the school. Reporting to the Head of School, the role links the Primary and Secondary Deputy Heads with teaching teams, supports innovative, effective and inclusive practice, and leads work on pedagogical strategy, pupil progress, professional development, digital learning, Artificial Intelligence and educational technology. Responsibilities include ensuring consistent curriculum and marking policy implementation, analysing pupil progress, monitoring pedagogical priorities and performance indicators, developing the school's AI strategy, managing digital and AI tools and their budget, overseeing the digital learning environment, coordinating Pix, and contributing to examinations, scholarships and language certifications. Candidates must be bilingual in French and English, with strong knowledge of teaching, learning, assessment and curriculum implementation, educational digital tools, AI, data protection and responsible AI use, as well as strong organisational, communication and collaborative skills. Experience in Cycles 3 and 4, pedagogical coordination, digital transformation, educational innovation, examinations, certifications or external assessments would be an advantage. The role starts in September 2026 and offers £30,000 per year for 20 hours per week, based on a £60,000 full-time equivalent salary, plus professional development and training, free on-site meals and access to internal classes depending on demand.
