The Godolphin and Latymer School is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced Head of Rowing with a passion for rowing and a proven track record of coaching. The successful candidate will oversee the development of rowing teams from beginners to advanced rowers, ensuring all students have the opportunity to thrive in the sport. The role includes delivering the best possible club rowing experience for students and parents, consolidating the Boat Club's current strengths, and strategically developing rowing over the next five years in line with the wider sports department. The post-holder will work across the school site, boat houses and regattas, and must be available to accompany rowing trips and regattas. The role is likely to involve upwards of 30 hours per week, averaged across the year. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Salary will be commensurate with the post and depend upon qualifications and experience.
