Develop and execute integrated PR and communications strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning. The role includes building relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers and external stakeholders, preparing press releases and other PR materials, supporting spokespersons, developing PR campaigns and events, monitoring media coverage and public sentiment, managing issues and rapid communications, coordinating with creative teams and external agencies, managing the organisation's presence across social media platforms, and overseeing internal communications. A bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or a related field is required, along with experience in a senior PR or communications role, typically 7+ years in PR and 3 to 5 years in leadership. The successful candidate will have strong media relations experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, people leadership experience, and knowledge of digital and social media analytics.
