PLP Architecture is seeking a Director of Design Technology to provide leadership, structure and vision across design technology, AI adoption and digital workflows. Based in the London studio, this senior practice-shaping role will bridge architecture, technology and business, working with Partners, Design Directors, IT and Operations to shape PLP's global digital strategy. Responsibilities include defining the firmwide design technology strategy, leading responsible AI and automation adoption, aligning design needs with cloud-first systems, embedding design technologists into project teams, strengthening Revit, Rhino and Grasshopper capability, developing training and knowledge-sharing strategies, measuring technology value and managing the annual design technology budget. The role requires architectural project delivery experience, proven leadership in design technology or computational design, strong knowledge of Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper and emerging AI workflows, experience scaling technology adoption, and the ability to work credibly with Partners, architects and IT professionals.
