Bankbarn is seeking a foundational team member to report to the CEO and own lending operations from pre-approval to closing, manage client and borrower relationships, oversee the funding and capital markets portfolio and bank partner relationships, optimize workflows, and lead other business operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and support for month-end financial reporting. Candidates should have the right to work in the US, a bachelor's degree in agribusiness, business, economics, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in agricultural lending or a related field, experience managing banking or finance partner relationships, strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities, and experience in an early-stage startup or scale-up.
