Manage and coordinate the bakery team to carry out bread-making operations. Responsibilities include managing raw materials, controlling deliveries and storage, coordinating bakers and apprentice bakers, following recipe sheets, participating in bread preparation, finishing and baking, planning schedules, managing restocking, enforcing health and safety rules, and maintaining equipment. Requirements include responsibility, customer service, good physical resistance, organisation, hygiene awareness, at least 4 years of similar experience, a CAP Baker qualification, methodical working, leadership and reactivity.
