Duties include managing AFSL consolidation and licence variation projects, liaising with external compliance consultants and legal specialists, monitoring obligations through the Digital Compliance Portal, performing the AML Compliance Officer role, supporting AFSL-related due diligence, reviewing marketing materials, coordinating training, monitoring regulatory changes and improving risk management frameworks. Applicants need financial services experience with strong knowledge of AFSL requirements, especially in Asset Management and wholesale markets, proven compliance project leadership, understanding of regulatory standards, AML obligations and corporate governance, and strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
