Meridian Lawyers' year-long National Graduate Program is available in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney for recent law graduates or final semester law students who are not yet admitted as solicitors. Graduates rotate through multiple practice areas, work on real matters, receive guidance and mentorship from Principal Lawyers and senior legal professionals, access professional development including support to complete their PLT, participate in firm-wide networking and social events, and work in a hybrid environment. Applications close Sunday 16 August 2026, with successful applicants commencing in early 2027.
