Based at Burnham Funeral Services in Burnham, the Funeral Service Operative provides reassurance to families and helps care for their loved ones. Duties include working in the mortuary, fitting coffins, dressing the deceased, participating in funeral services, pallbearing and driving company vehicles. A full UK manual driving licence is required. The role includes an out of hours and on-call rota and potential progression to Funeral Director. Working pattern: hours between 07:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday, minimum 10 hours per month. Salary: £13.00 per hour.
