As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Queen’s Lane Consultants, you will help enhance and scale the QLC Portal and collaborate with the product team to create user experiences and robust backend systems. Responsibilities include designing, developing and deploying features, maintaining frontend and backend components, optimising speed, scalability and usability, writing clean and testable code, troubleshooting technical issues, contributing to secure and scalable architecture, and keeping up to date with industry practices. The role requires at least two years of full stack web development experience. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a relevant field is preferred but not required. Required technical skills include React.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Express.js, Next.js, Python, NextAuth.js, EJS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL or another relational database, and Prisma or similar ORM tools. Experience with fintech or SaaS platforms, DevOps, CI/CD and containerisation is desirable.
