The Yook in Baulkham Hills is looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to provide an outstanding customer experience while managing high operating standards. Responsibilities include coordinating Front of House and Back of House operations, maximising customer satisfaction, responding to complaints, supervising shifts, appraising staff performance, estimating goods requirements, ensuring sanitation and safety compliance, promoting the brand, training employees and implementing operational policies. Applicants need at least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, customer service management experience, extensive food and beverage knowledge, familiarity with restaurant management software, strong leadership and people skills, good communication skills, and a good command of Korean and English. Korean BBQ restaurant experience is preferred but not essential.
