Assist the chef in preparing meals and maintaining kitchen orders, provide superior assistance to the chef, respond efficiently and accurately to customers' orders, assist with sanitation and safety compliance, and maintain high housekeeping standards. The role requires a love for Korean barbecue and Korean cuisine, eagerness to learn and follow protocols, and responsible stock checking. Korean or Japanese restaurant experience is preferred but not essential. The role involves leading by example and uplifting staff in a fast-paced environment.
