Without is looking for an exceptional, experienced senior UI/UX designer to bring big ideas and brands to life in digital spaces. The role involves creating effective, original work with a significant digital focus, championing UX thinking, developing contemporary brand identities and showing how they work across websites and social, user journey mapping, usability, wireframes, prototypes and scalable UI systems. You will deliver build-ready files, engage confidently with development teams, use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and ideally have experience with animation and motion. You should be an intelligent and strategic thinker, organised, able to self-manage and adapt to different clients, and confident working collaboratively, taking part in workshops, interacting with clients and presenting ideas clearly.
