The role involves fully forming and expanding ideas, designing at pace to exceptional standards, leading creative output through every project stage from design to implementation, simplifying complex briefs into vivid brand ideas, producing interesting, beautiful and commercial creative work, identifying and addressing challenges, pushing design development beyond the brief, creating client presentations, and confidently leading client presentations and interactions. The successful candidate will have exceptional taste, understand commercial success, ideally have experience in hospitality, lifestyle or leisure, and be an intelligent and strategic thinker with strong communication, ownership, accountability, design delivery, art direction and people skills.
