Build the systems that operate Kinro's autonomous insurance brokerage, including customer conversations, quoting, policy placement, and servicing. Own features end to end across backend services, model integration, monitoring, customer-facing surfaces, and core infrastructure. The role requires experience building AI products or LLM systems in production, understanding of automation and escalation, practical knowledge of language-model tradeoffs including latency, reliability, security, and cost, and the ability to reason across application code, APIs, databases, cloud systems, and operational tooling. Experience with evaluation systems, model routing, safety work, high-ownership environments, or regulated industries is a plus.
