Serve as a front-line ambassador to local clients and tourists by providing a welcoming and cheerful environment during branch, phone and email transactions. Accurately determine client needs, recommend appropriate products and services, solve problems, respond flexibly to challenges, communicate Calforex policies and applicable regulations professionally, and complete ongoing training related to Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing requirements. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, confidence using computers, email and the internet, advanced English verbal and written communication skills, at least 2 years of professional customer service experience, at least 2 years of professional cash handling experience, reliable transportation or the ability to commute during branch hours, and the ability to pass a Police Clearance Report.
