Calforex is seeking a motivated team member to serve as a front-line ambassador for local clients and tourists. Duties include providing a welcoming and cheerful environment during branch transactions and phone or email interactions, determining client needs and offering appropriate products and services, solving problems, communicating Calforex policies and applicable money service business regulations, and completing ongoing training related to anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing requirements. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, confidence using computers, email and the internet, advanced verbal and written communication skills in French and English, at least 2 years of professional customer service experience, at least 2 years of professional cash handling experience, reliable transportation or the ability to commute during branch hours, and the ability to pass a police clearance report.
