Assess and treat ill or injured patrons in the department's recreational or athletic facilities, ensure the safety of facilities and equipment, attend a three-hour continuing education class twice each semester, and assist department staff with operational functions. Applicants must be Boston University students and current Massachusetts EMTs. National Registry EMT certification may be accepted while Massachusetts EMT certification is in process.
