Kumon is seeking a highly motivated individual with customer service and coaching skills to work with franchisees across Western Australia in business development and educational support. The role involves visiting franchise locations across Perth and the Central Perth office, building relationships with franchisees, supporting student enrolment, retention and instructional goals, implementing development plans, resolving conflicts, travelling locally and interstate with overnight stays, and promoting the Kumon brand. Applicants need a degree qualification in any field, a current driver's licence and own vehicle, strong customer focus, a passion for children's growth and development, effective communication skills, business acumen, and strong problem solving and organisational skills.
