Join Kumon's close-knit Public Relations team in Chatswood and help strengthen its online visibility and reputation across Australia and New Zealand. The role involves managing search engine, directory and listing presence, supporting local SEO and website optimisation, improving online reputation and reviews, managing franchisee social media administration, providing analytics and reporting support, collaborating with internal and external partners, and developing training materials. Applicants need relevant tertiary qualifications, experience with Meta platforms, local SEO, online listing platforms and on-page SEO, advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong communication and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and within a small team. Understanding of SEM, experience with GA4 and digital reporting tools are highly desirable.
