Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking compassionate, reliable and motivated Support Workers to provide person-centred care in a family home in Lambeth. The role supports a teenage male client living with a complex spinal condition and profound intellectual disabilities. Duties include providing personal care, administering medications, managing clinical interventions, completing manual handling, assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, dignity, choice and inclusion, and building positive relationships with service users, families and colleagues. All training will be provided. Essential requirements include a caring, empathetic and patient nature, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays if required, and the right to work in the UK. Six months of UK-based care experience within the last two years and experience supporting people with complex care needs are desirable.
