Join the Community Complex Care Team supporting individuals with complex health needs to live safely and independently in their own homes across Southampton and surrounding areas. The role involves day and night shifts and includes tracheostomy care, ventilation support, enteral feeding, spinal injury care, neurological conditions and medication management. Comprehensive training, competency-based development, clinical supervision and mentorship are provided. Applicants should be registered nurses with RNC or RN Paediatric qualifications, a passion for learning and professional development, strong communication and assessment skills, and a commitment to high-quality, compassionate community care. Previous complex care experience is welcome but not essential.
