The firm is seeking a litigation paralegal with strong verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills. Successful candidates will support assigned attorneys and back up other paralegals, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute as team players. Responsibilities include court filings and notices, drafting and preparing pleadings and correspondence, issuing and responding to discovery, legal research, docketing, and communicating effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients. A paralegal certificate is required. Previous family law experience is a plus. Candidates should be familiar with motions and other pleadings, able to prioritize and multitask, and detail-oriented with the ability to track and meet deadlines.
