Deliver advanced injectable and laser treatments while upholding Refine’s clinical standards, protocols, and luxury guest experience. Duties include conducting consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, performing treatments, educating patients, responding to patient queries, ensuring patient safety, promoting retail products and services, maintaining patient charts and before and after photos, generating a patient base, and attending trainings and meetings. An NP or PA license to practice in Texas is required. Three or more years of experience is desired, with existing aesthetics medicine clientele and laser experience preferred. Exceptional communication, multitasking, teamwork, initiative, and social media skills are required.
