Support the clinical team by welcoming and preparing patients, assisting providers during aesthetic procedures, maintaining treatment rooms, capturing before and after photos, documenting patient charts, providing care instructions, maintaining cleanliness and OSHA compliance, managing inventory, supporting front-desk operations, educating patients about services and skincare products, and assisting with social media content capture. Medical Assistant certification, such as CMA, RMA, or equivalent, is required. One or more years of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a high-end clinical setting is preferred. Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, meticulous attention to detail, strong multitasking skills, comfort with EMR and scheduling software, and a passion for aesthetics and wellness are required or preferred.
