The structured program includes comprehensive induction, formal learning, on-the-job shadowing, mentoring, professional development and training, supported by experienced practitioners, leaders and a buddy. Exercise Physiology graduates receive mentoring from an experienced Exercise Physiologist, access to internal and external training that can count towards annual ESSA CPD requirements, and the opportunity to complete pre-employment assessments, manual handling training, functional capacity evaluations, functional conditioning programs, workplace assessments, health and wellbeing coaching, task analysis assessments and ergonomic assessments.
