Remote role working European hours. Handle air, ocean, and trucking shipments for Jaguar Freight's prestigious client base, including sourcing shipments, managing bills of lading and air waybills, maintaining Cybertrax records, communicating with customers and carriers, checking partner invoices, billing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements include 2 to 3 years of freight or logistics experience, an understanding of European import and export logistics procedures, strong self-initiative, multitasking ability, excellent communication and computer skills including Excel and Outlook, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work the European shift from 3:00 am to 12:00 pm EST. Bilingual English and another European language is preferred. Compensation includes a base salary, health insurance, 401K, and paid vacation in line with current HR policies.
