Lead the infant, toddler, and preschool program while providing a high-quality early learning program that meets all state licensing requirements. Responsibilities include supervising, hiring, mentoring, and training teachers, promoting professional development, and supporting curriculum strategies. Candidates must be highly motivated and experienced educators with leadership, administrative, staff supervision, and interpersonal skills. New York State certification and 5 or more years of early childhood education experience are required. Prior director experience is a plus.
