Responsible for programming, maintaining, and monitoring a multi-site accounting network system based on a Childcare Management System and QuickBooks. Duties include supervising and ensuring the accuracy of tuition receivables, payables, and payrolls, reconciling bank records, generating monthly financial reports, and consulting with parents about federal, state, and city tax information related to education credits. Minimum requirements include a B.S. in Computer Science or foreign equivalent, one year of accounting software programming experience, and an M.B.A. in Accounting towards CPA.
