Essential requirements include a Cert 3, Diploma or Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood, or working towards one, a current Paid Working with Children Check, an understanding of the EYLF, current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates, and the ability to build relationships with team members, children and families.
