Join the Kool Beanz team as a passionate and caring leader for the Senior Kindy Room. You will support your team to implement programs, follow the EYLF and encourage child-led discovery, while creating lasting connections with the local community, schools and families. You will support the centre to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards. Applicants must hold a Diploma in early childhood education and care, current First Aid, CPR and Asthma or Anaphylaxis Certificates, and a current paid Working with Children Check in New South Wales. An understanding of the EYLF, strong relationship-building skills, a passion for safe, quality education, organisation, creative thinking and a positive attitude are required.
