Join Park Theatre's Front of House team, managing front of house operations and supporting volunteer ushers to provide a smooth show and a warm, friendly welcome. Responsibilities include leading front of house activities during performances, managing customer queries, supporting patrons with access requirements, delivering fire and health and safety briefings, overseeing cashing up and stock control, completing post-performance reports, coordinating emergency procedures, and managing the building during non-show times and occasional late-night events. The role requires previous Duty Manager experience, ideally in an arts venue, excellent customer service skills, the ability to work unsupervised, a calm and professional manner, reliability, and sound numeracy and IT skills. Experience with Spektrix, Artifax, volunteer management, accessible performances, fire marshalling, first aid, evacuation equipment, health and safety, or personal licensing is desirable.
