Park Theatre is recruiting a Company Stage Manager for Whodunnit [Unrehearsed] 4, an immersive fundraising comedy murder mystery production. The role oversees stage management across the production and works with the Director and Production Manager to ensure its smooth and safe operation. Responsibilities include leading a large company of actors, stage managers, musicians and community performers, line managing the Deputy Stage Manager and Assistant Stage Manager, planning rehearsal and performance schedules, managing rehearsal-room timings and overtime, processing timesheets, providing pastoral care, attending production meetings, liaising with producers and venue staff, picking up stage management tracks when required, and acting as an occasional backstage contact for guest celebrity sheriffs. Significant experience as a Company Stage Manager on productions of a similar scale, experience with professional and community performers, strong interpersonal skills, excellent organisational and administrative skills, and tact and discretion when working with high-profile individuals are essential. Experience of immersive front of house productions, improv theatre or productions that differ every night is desirable. The engagement is under a UK Theatre / Equity Agreement. Rehearsals run from 13 April to 9 May 2026, with performances from 11 May to 27 June 2026. Weekly fees are £719.29 plus holiday pay for rehearsals, £842.49 plus holiday pay for an 8-show performance week, and £926.74 plus holiday pay where performances exceed 8 shows.
