HALE.NOW is looking for dual-study students for its studios in Prenzlauer Berg and on Ku'damm. The role supports studio management with organisational and administrative operations, ordering and inventory management, reception, operational KPI analysis and process development. Depending on the degree programme, duties also include working as a trainer, leading group classes, creating training plans, guiding inductions and trial trainings, supporting health check-ups and answering training questions. Applicants need a university entrance qualification or equivalent, a passion for fitness and health, communication skills, reliability, initiative, team spirit and willingness to work evenings or weekends. Prior training experience is advantageous for the Fitness Training programme but not required. The programme starts on 01.10.2026, runs for 7 semesters over 42 months, includes 30 hours per week, fully covered tuition fees, monthly compensation of EUR 750 in year 1, EUR 850 in year 2 and EUR 950 in year 3, a covered Deutschlandticket and free use of HALE.NOW offerings.
