For the Ku'damm location and Prenzlauer Berg, HALE.NOW is looking for people to welcome members, guide new users through EGYM equipment, introduce Red Light Therapy, improve studio workflows, maintain the studio atmosphere and proactively handle daily tasks. Applicants should be warm, reliable, professional, proactive and comfortable working with people. Customer service experience is helpful but not required. German and English are required, and flexibility for weekday and weekend shifts is needed. The role is part-time with a flexible shift system in studios open 7 days per week, 12 hours per day.
