HALE.NOW is looking for dual-study students for its studios in Prenzlauer Berg and on Ku'damm. The role combines study with studio operations, including administrative support, reception, member support and, depending on the program, ordering and inventory management, KPI analysis, process development, group training, individual training plans, inductions, trial trainings and support for health check-ups. Applicants need a university entrance qualification or equivalent, passion for fitness and health, strong communication skills, reliability, initiative, team spirit and willingness to work evenings or weekends. Prior training experience is advantageous for the Fitness Training program but not required. The degree programs run for 7 semesters over 42 months, with tuition fees covered by HALE.NOW, compensation of €750 per month in year 1, €850 in year 2 and €950 in year 3, a fully covered Deutschlandticket, free use of HALE.NOW offerings and 30 hours per week.
