For the Ku'damm location and Prenzlauer Berg, HALE.NOW is looking for people to welcome members, guide new users through EGYM equipment, explain the workout experience and Red Light Therapy, improve studio workflows, maintain the atmosphere and proactively handle daily tasks. Candidates should be warm, reliable, professional, proactive and comfortable working in German and English. Customer service experience is welcome but not required. The role uses a flexible part-time shift system in studios open 7 days per week, 12 hours per day.
