Lead efforts to scale and strengthen a growing organization across multiple locations. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations across NYC locations, building scalable systems and workflows, leading hiring, onboarding and team performance initiatives, tracking KPIs, driving operational improvements, and executing strategic growth initiatives. Applicants should have 5+ years of operations leadership experience, strong organizational and systems-thinking skills, experience managing teams and multi-location businesses, and the ability to lead with accountability and clarity. Compensation is $90,000 to $120,000.
