Supervise, schedule, train and evaluate 15 servers. Manage tables and seating, maintain dining room cleanliness and maintenance, and assist guests when required. Candidates must be highly organised, well groomed, outgoing and friendly, patient, able to remain calm in stressful situations, and have excellent verbal communication skills.
