Run the MOIC Dessert Bar on shift, including service and preparation of menu items such as ice cream, waffles, milkshakes, coffee and light savory bites. Responsibilities include weekly and monthly inventory reporting, daily sales reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, basic Dessert Bar and barista training for untrained part-timers, maintaining cleanliness routines, and maintaining storage plans. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, commit to at least 5 days per week, work at least one weekend shift, hold an SFA Basic Food Hygiene Certification, and have basic barista skills. The role requires comfort working in a fast-paced environment, connecting with visitors, being positively expressive, and creatively solving problems during events.
